How to Add Employees

Click on your name from your main dashboard and select the “Administration” option.

There are two ways to add employees. First, from your administration dashboard, you can click “Users” and then “Create employee.” You will then have the option to designate them to a specific company.

The other option is to click “Employees” from the designated company, and then select “Create employee.”


A facsimile option is available to upload a signature facsimile to be displayed in printed forms of minutes of meetings and voting bulletins.

NOTE: It is recommended to upload a square-shaped image for this and the user’s profile image.
