The new Board composition report replaces the old User report with a cleaner design, interactive charts, and flexible filtering. View all standard and custom user data in one place – whether in a table or chart view – and export insights as needed. It’s a faster, more visual way to understand who’s on your Board and how it’s structured.
Create and report on your own user data
Custom user fields let you track the information that matters most to your organization. Instead of relying on a fixed set of details (like age or tenure), Administrators can now create and manage their own data fields for users – and include them in reports.
Use custom fields to capture:
- Board diversity information (e.g. ethnicity, veteran status, disabilities)
- Skills and experience for succession planning
- Practical details such as travel preferences or allergies
- Internal categories like membership type or region
You can filter, group, or export the data as needed. Administrators and Secretaries can manage which fields are visible or editable, ensuring sensitive information stays secure.
Track every action across your Board
The Audit log now covers actions of users within Tasks, Documents, and Settings – giving you a full record of who did what, and when, across all major areas of your Board.
Whether you’re reviewing document uploads, changes to task deadlines, or updates in Board settings, every action is captured for complete transparency. This makes it easier to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance – all from a single, reliable source of truth.
