Introducing Ask AI: Unlock insight from your board book
Ask AI is now built directly into your board book, helping directors and stakeholders move faster and make smarter decisions.
- Natural language search: Type a question like “What are the key risks this quarter?” and get an instant, relevant answer.
- Linked to source material: Every answer includes clickable references that take you straight to the exact spot in your board documents.
- Persistent history: Your previous questions and answers stay visible – so you can revisit or build on your research at any time.
- Copy, regenerate, or retry: Need a new angle? Regenerate. Got an error? Retry. Want to share? Copy in one click.
- Secure and seamless: Ask AI works entirely within your board workspace, and your information is never used to train or improve AI models.
Two new survey question types
Survey tasks now include two new question types for clearer, more flexible data collection. The Multiple choice table uses radio buttons for single selections per row, with an optional comment box and easy row/column editing. The Repeating table offers free-text fields in a customizable table –ideal for open responses with structure.
Tasks fresh redesign
We’ve redesigned the Task list and drawer for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Key updates include a compact redesign and clearer formatting. These improvements extend to Document Request drawers in Agenda and Documents. Plus, task sorting is now available.
Rename agenda & task attachments
You can now rename documents and attachments directly where you’re already working. Whether you’re editing an agenda, reviewing the board book, or managing attachments and resolution documents in a task, updates are just a few clicks away. This small but powerful change makes it easier to keep files organized, clear, and properly labeled across your workflow.
Streamlined invites with more control
We’ve revamped the invite flow for a clearer, smoother experience. The redesign simplifies navigation and previewing invitations, while giving you the option to add users without sending invites immediately. Whether you send invites now or later, helpful hints and updated previews keep you informed, making user onboarding easier and more flexible.
