Customizing agendas just got easier. With the ability to Define Agenda Visibility for specific meeting participants, secretaries and administrators can now tailor the agenda based on participants’ roles or permissions. This gives you more flexibility to ensure that each participant only sees the information that’s relevant to them, enhancing both security and organization during meetings.
User access management for folders
Admins and secretaries now have even more control over folder access with the User access management for folder feature. This enhancement allows you to grant or restrict access to specific users, ensuring sensitive information is kept secure within your document storage. Whether it’s controlling who sees certain files or ensuring confidentiality, this feature helps you manage your documents with precision.
Board book downloads respect agenda visibility settings
We’ve made downloading your Board Book even more secure. Now, Board Book downloads respect the visibility settings of the agenda. This ensures that participants only see the agenda items that are relevant to them in their downloaded files, further protecting sensitive content and providing personalized access.
Agenda items presenter
Keep your meetings organized and efficient with the new Agenda Items Presenter feature. This allows users to assign presenters to specific agenda items and display this information to all meeting participants. Now, everyone will know who’s presenting each topic, which helps improve the flow and structure of your meetings.
Multilingual support: Switch between English, French, and Spanish
Ideals Board is now more accessible to non-English-speaking users. The platform is available in French and Spanish, with an easy-to-use option to switch between English, French, and Spanish. This feature ensures that users in different regions can navigate the platform comfortably and interact in their preferred language.
New login button for easy access
We’ve made it even easier to access Ideals Board! A new Login Button has been added to our homepage, providing a quicker and more direct path to the portal. This small update makes logging in faster and more convenient for all users.
