We’re excited to roll out some new features that will simplify your meeting management process, improve collaboration, and enhance integration with Microsoft Outlook. These updates are designed to save time, provide flexibility, and make your workflow even more efficient. Here’s a look at what’s new:
Meeting duplication: Streamlining creation
Creating meetings just got easier! Meeting duplication allows secretaries to quickly replicate an existing meeting, saving time when organizing recurring events. You can now duplicate meetings directly from the Meetings list or directly from the meeting you want to copy, making the process faster and more efficient.
Replace or clear the agenda
When duplicating a meeting, users now have the flexibility to either copy the agenda from another meeting or start fresh by clearing the agenda. This feature gives you more control over your meetings, allowing you to quickly create a new agenda or customize it to suit the needs of the new meeting.
Microsoft Outlook integration: Seamless calendar management
Managing your meetings just became even more integrated. With the new Microsoft Outlook integration, users can now create full calendar meetings, track RSVPs, and more—all within the Outlook platform. This makes it easier to keep your calendar up to date and ensures that your meeting invites and RSVPs are in sync across platforms.
Integration settings window: Easier integration management
To make managing integrations more convenient, we’ve moved the section for managing all integrations to a separate menu item. This update provides a more organized and streamlined interface, making it easier to find and adjust your integration settings.
Multiple assignees in Actions: Improved task delegation
Collaborating on tasks is now easier than ever. Secretaries can now assign multiple assignees to an Action, whether it’s assigning it to several individual users or an entire group. This feature makes it more flexible for teams to collaborate and ensures that tasks are delegated efficiently across the board.
