Create Actions directly while drafting meeting minute
When creating meeting minutes, you can now create draft Actions directly within the minutes section. This eliminates the need to switch windows, increasing your productivity by reducing distractions. Our advanced parsing feature will automatically identify the assignee and due date within any drafted action, streamlining your workflow like never before.
Meeting Quorum: Make key decisions
Our Meeting Quorum feature enables you to set quorum requirements for meetings, track attendance, and receive notifications if quorum is not met. This ensures that significant decisions are made with the right level of participation and representation.
Enhanced Actions features
We’ve made some exciting changes to the way Actions work:
- Filter Actions by meeting: The new filtering feature allows you to quickly find specific Actions by meeting, making it easier to track and manage tasks.
- Action card on the dashboard: Your dashboard will now display all the information you need about Actions, both on your browser and iOS devices.
- Action completion notifications: You will receive email notifications when an Action you created is completed, both on computers and iOS devices.
- Download Attachments: You can now download attachments from Actions, making it easy to access important files.
