AI Minutes doesn’t replace the role of the secretary. Instead, it gives you a starting point you can edit, refine, and copy into your final minutes, so you spend less time manually capturing every detail and more time focused on the meeting itself.
What AI minutes does
AI Minutes uses your transcript to produce a drafted summary for each agenda item. You can:
- Review AI-generated summaries in a side panel
- Copy full agenda-item sections or selected paragraphs into your official minutes
- Open and search the full transcript
- Copy verbatim comments when you need exact wording
- Delete the transcript or the generated minutes at any time to align with privacy policies
You stay fully in control of the final record.
Tips for best results
- Use transcripts generated directly from Zoom or Teams or upload own file manually
- Include speaker identification where possible
- Ensure your agenda items match the flow of the meeting discussion
