Faster, safer meeting creation and editing
Setting up a meeting now starts with choosing a meeting type – in person, online or hybrid – which tailors the RSVP options participants see to match how the meeting is actually being held. Draft meetings can be edited without sending invitations, so secretaries can refine agendas, participants and details before anyone is notified.
Meeting descriptions now support rich text formatting that carries through correctly into the invitation email, and unsaved-changes warnings paired with a clearer save-status indicator mean edits in progress are much harder to lose by accident. Moving between the agenda, board book and minutes tabs is also faster and more reliable.
Together, these changes mean less risk of an invitation going out before a meeting is ready, less rework from lost edits, and a smoother path through the different parts of a meeting once it’s live.
Clearer RSVP and quorum information
Quorum labels are now easier to read across both the meeting and RSVP pages, and the RSVP layout itself has been cleaned up for board members and guests. RSVP status tooltips have also been added to the agenda publish screen, making attendance clearer right at the point a secretary is preparing to publish.
For anyone tracking whether a meeting will have the numbers it needs, this makes quorum and attendance status something you can check at a glance rather than piece together from several places.
Continuous improvements
This release also includes a broad round of refinements and fixes: refreshed file type icons for easier scanning across the Document Library, more reliable meeting setup with Zoom, Teams and Outlook integrations, security hardening, and a wide batch of bug fixes.
None of these are single headline features, but together they mean day-to-day work across documents, agendas and minutes should feel steadier and more predictable.
