This release reworks the structure and layout of both areas, and includes a platform-wide navigation change that makes everyday browsing feel noticeably quicker.
A redesigned Meetings experience
The Meetings area has a new structure, layout, and navigation. The filter panel and meeting list have been redesigned to make filtering and moving between meetings easier, meeting cards now show a clearer layout with reworked details, actions, and artifact statuses.
For admins and secretaries managing a busy meeting calendar, this means less time scanning a cluttered list to find the right meeting, and a clearer picture of what stage each meeting is at – from agenda and board book to minutes – right from the card itself.

A refreshed Dashboard
The Dashboard has a refreshed look across its main components. Task and meeting cards are now unified in a consistent design, a new “Shared with you” section brings shared materials into one place, the engagement view has been reworked around a standard table layout, and empty states, loading skeletons and onboarding actions have all been refreshed.
For board members and admins alike, this makes the Dashboard a clearer starting point – outstanding tasks, upcoming meetings and shared materials are easier to tell apart at a glance, whether it’s someone’s first visit or their daily check-in.
