Run structured check-ins with Surveys
Surveys provide a streamlined way to gather structured input from individuals or groups directly within the Tasks page. Whether you’re collecting feedback, conducting check-ins, board evaluations, D&O questionnaires or requesting missing information, the Survey feature is your go-to tool.
Key features:
- Easy survey creation: drag and drop question types, and edit titles and descriptions directly within the survey builder.
- Preview & launch: preview the survey as an assignee will see it, then launch with your selected recipients.
- Track progress: monitor responses as they come in and track completion with export from the Tasks list.
Surveys are fully integrated with your workspace, so all branding and content are automatically applied. Once launched, recipients will receive notifications, and you can monitor their progress in real-time.
Understand group composition with the Users report
It’s easier than ever to get a detailed breakdown of who’s in your groups — and how they’re contributing. The new Users report gives you:
- A full table of all users who match your filters
- Insights into tenure, group membership, age, and gender
- Clear visuals and charts that help you spot gaps and trends
- Exports so you can share or store what you see
And when you scroll across groups or down a long list of names, the table stays sticky and structured, so you never lose your place.

Help new users log in with Copy login details
Sometimes, people need a little help getting started. Now, admins and secretaries can securely copy a user’s login information — including their email, temporary password, and a direct link to the workspace.
Just open the Invite dropdown next to their name and select Copy login details.
Whether it’s the first time or not, the tool gives you what you need to help them log in and get going — without needing to resend invites or reset passwords.

The new User profile page makes it easy to manage your personal details and board-related information—all in one place. Depending on your role, you’ll see tailored options and editing permissions. You can access:
- Personal information – Update details like name, phone number, and date of birth.
- Board position & roles – Keep your board title and tenure up to date, with read-only group info for most users.
Edits are saved securely, with clear confirmation and smart prompts if you try to leave without saving. Whether you’re onboarding, maintaining governance records, or just updating a phone number, it’s now quicker and more intuitive.
